Meet dolphins and whales in their own habitat

The sea south west of La Gomera with its unique biodiversity is one of the best places in the world where we humans can interact with cetaceans in their natural habitat. Join our well trained and experienced crew to have an unforgettable experience with these whales and dolphins.

Océano Gomera strictly adheres to the whale watching regulations set by the Canary Island authorities and therefore we ensure that the cetaceans receive the respect they deserve in their environment. We sail in the “Ascensión del Senor”, a former fishing boat, which has been transformed into a license Whale Watching boat and is allowed to carry ten guests.

In addition to talking you on trips, the crew records the sightings of cetaceans and submits their information to a database which is used for research into the behaviour and protection of the animals.

Our expert team will constantly share their knowledge and experience on board and regularly give talks in the evenings our office.
