• HOTEL JARDÍN TECINA BOOKING DEPARTMENT: THIS Department will attend the Hotel booking and will bring the customer in contact with Fred. Olsen Express Booking Department in order to apply the “HOTEL JARDIN TECINA PROMOTION”.
• FRED. OLSEN EXPRESS BOOKING DEPARTMENT: The customer will be transferred to the HOTEL JARDÍN TECINA BOOKING DEPARTMENT first in order to supply extensive information about the offer: rates and procedure.
• TRAVEL AGENCY: Customers will be able to acquire the Hotel Jardín Tecina Promotion under the same condition than in a Fred Olsen Express Sales’ Point.
• PORT OFFICES: Customers who arrive at a Fred. Olsen Express Sales’ Office without any reservation and ask for this offer will be referred to the HotelBooking Department.
