LOST ITEMS
Have you left any personal belongings behind during your stay?
If you think you may have left an item in your room or elsewhere on our premises, we may have found it. Please note the following:
- Personal identification documents (ID cards, passports, etc.): These are handed directly to the relevant authorities.
- Storage period: Due to limited storage space, found items are kept for a maximum of one month from the date they are found.
- Perishable items: These are disposed of the day after they are found.
