The essence of our menu is the freshness of our raw materials and the dedication of our chefs.
Our vegan menus are handcrafted and feature produce grown at our Eco Finca Tecina, a 100% organic farm based on the principles of permaculture. Part of its harvest goes straight to our restaurants.
You can also find vegan and vegetarian dishes at our buffet breakfast and dinner.
We prioritize our own, local and zero-mile produce, combining part of what our Eco Finca grows with products from nearby suppliers.
