Managed by AIDER La Gomera (the Island Association for Rural Development), this centre invites visitors to immerse themselves in Gomeran traditions through an educational experience that demonstrates how the prized palm honey is obtained from guarapo, and how every part of the palm is used in local crafts.

In addition, the Casa de la Miel de Palma organises workshops, children’s activities, and educational routes, promoting the preservation of traditional knowledge and encouraging a deep connection with the natural environment.
